David Wyss, chief economist for Standard & Poor’s says the recession has ended but that doesn’t mean things are back the way they were before the recession. Wyss spoke at the Utah Economic Forum Thursday at the Downtown Marriott.
The 24th Annual Economic Report to the Governor was also presented to Governor Gary Herbert after a presentation by the state’s chief economist, Juliette Tennert.
