		<description>I am sorry I missed this presentation.  The words of wisdom is excellent.  Currently working with my team to run the business as if I am not around.  Two key concepts are as above in putting people in the right jobs is key and realizing that some people will not make it on the journey because choosing the harder  right is very tough as it is much, much easier to choose the easier wrong.
